Re:generation walks participants through the 12 steps of biblical healing in the context of authentic community. There is no quick fix for life’s brokenness. Instead, through consistent, committed discipleship based on God’s Word, countless people have uncovered and found freedom from struggles like substance abuse, codependency, pornography, eating disorders, pride, depression, fear, control, emotional/physical abuse, people-pleasing, anger, obsessive thoughts, and more.
Everyone struggles with something. But no matter your struggle, there is hope for you. Use this survey to identify and learn about the struggles most affecting your life. Find stories of hope from those who have struggled like you and steps you can take to get well.
What is Re:Generation?
Re:gen is a discipleship program designed to help us become fully devoted followers of Christ.
In our journey with Christ we realize there may be strongholds or patterns of living that hold us back from being fully devoted followers of Christ. It may be substances, hang ups, or broken ways of thinking that become barriers in our spiritual journey.
Re:gen helps us identify and overcome those strongholds.
How does the regeneration program play out?
Re:gen is a Christ-centered and biblically based 12-step recovery program.
There is some teaching that happens at the weekly gatherings, but the real work is done through the daily self-led lessons, and the weekly small group element. Walking with others is a crucial element of finding freedom.
How long does it take?
The entire Re:gen process is about a year. The first 7-week session is called Groundwork. The daily lessons take about 10-15 minutes.
After completing Groundwork you join a closed, gender-specific group that you will walk with through the 12 steps. The step groups last about 9-10 months and the daily lessons take about 30-45 minutes.
When and where will the weekly groups meet?
Tuesday nights at the Mission campus at 7:00 p.m.
Who is Re:Generation for?
Anyone who wants to become a fully devoted follower of Christ, and is willing to commit to the process. If you are tired of being hindered by that baggage, addiction, or habit, then give us a year with Re:gen.
How does someone sign up for Re:Generation?
There is an application form to fill out on the web and app.
There is no fee to attend Re:gen, however, there are books you will need to purchase for the program. The Groundwork book is $15 and the remaining books can be purchased after completing Groundwork.
There is limited space, and the first session begins Tuesday, October 29 at the Mission Campus.
Can I sign someone else up for Re:Generation?
No. All registrants must take the first step in seeking help for themselves and must demonstrate willingness to participate.
